As one of the few science faculties (FMIPA) in Indonesia that is considered regionally, FMIPA UI is an important pillar for nation development, especially in the development of science and technology and improving the quality of Indonesian human resources. In playing this important role, FMIPA UI needs to always maintain and continuously improve its quality, and actually demonstrate its capabilities to the world, both through the development of science and technology it produces and through the work of its graduates.

This FMIPA UI Undergraduate Education Program Education Guide is a derivative of the University of Indonesia Chancellor's Regulation Number 014 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of Undergraduate Programs at the University of Indonesia and the University of Indonesia Chancellor's Regulation Number 13 of 2020 concerning the Academic Education Curriculum for Undergraduate Programs, Masters Programs and Doctoral Programs at the University of Indonesia . This guide complements the University of Indonesia Academic Regulations which are reinforced with the substance of the latest regulations stipulated by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, including: 1) Implementation of Higher Education and Management of Higher Education; 2) National Higher Education Standards; 3) Higher Education Quality Assurance System; and 4) Accreditation of Study Programs and Universities. Thus, this guide has accommodated all the latest regulations in the implementation of undergraduate education at the faculty level and study programs.

This guide will assist faculty leaders, study programs, lecturers, students and education staff and all related stakeholders in implementing undergraduate education. Through this guide, we are trying to share information related to the implementation of academic activities which are a work program from FMIPA UI. It is our belief that this guide will continue to be updated with current academic developments.
